  my domain name is zfactory.com.au
  somehow i put in the wrong domain name
  Also i have tried upload web site i have been making and its not going

  Hey Rob, are you trying to set up hosting here at wordpress.com? Can you provide more information on what you were exactly doing?

  Currently, You seem to have the self-hosted open source version of wordpress hosted at mediatemple while this forum is specifically for wordpress.com managed hosting. You can read more about the differences at https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
