  Hello I need to confirm whether I purchased my domain name (trueblueeducation.com) through here with WordPress or whether via another provider. I do not currently see the domain attached to my account but I do see when looking up the domain registrar information that WordPress.com is the registrar URL. I’d like to renew this domain name and would like assistance with doing so.

  It looks like your domain expired on May 6th, 2022 (Registry Expiration: 2022-05-06 13:33:03 UTC according to ICANN lookup). Unfortunately, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to recover an expired domain. You can find more information about domain expiration here:

  Hi there,

  That domain is registered through us and has now expired. It’s currently in redemption, which means that it might still be possible to recover it at this point.

  However, it is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. So to recover it, you need to log in to your other account and contact us again.

  hello there!

  OK I’m a bit confused actually. I now see inside of my cart inside of my account a WordPress.com premium subscription order as well as a domain late renewal fee. But, is this for trueblueeducation.wordpress.com or is it for trueblueeducation.com ???

  I did not add these into my cart so I’m wondering…

  Also, this is the only account I have I believe. Please advise! Thanks!

  I can confirm that trueblueeducation.com is registered at WordPress.com but it is under a different account and not your @lenorapowell login.

  The “wordpress.com” address of your site is independent of the custom domain so they are not connected. From what I can see of this account you have not accessed it for over a year, so the items you see in your cart are from that time… we no longer offer the Premium plan for example.

  Again, to clarify, it is possible to regain access to the correct account and recover trueblueeducation.com, but it cannot be done while you are logged in under your @lenorapowell account.

  Instead please contact our account recovery team at this address and they will help you further. We are limited in how we can help in these public forums as establishing account access requires that you submit info to us that is best not shared in public.
