  Need to renew my domain name, but don’t see option to renew it when I log into my account. Please help.

  Hi there,

  Your account does not own any upgrades at all. If you have a domain you most likely bought it using a different username account. Please log into the correct account, and you should be able to renew the domain from the Purchases page.
