  Trying to point keyrealty.co.nz and it seems to be pointing to bpwnz address. Please redirect to proper site https://keyrealtycarole.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Keyrealty.co.nz has been mapped to nzbpw.wordpress.com and should be mapped to keyrealtycarole.wordpress.com
  1.) How did this happen when I was logged into keyrealtycarole.wordpress.com?
  2.) How do I remedy this?
  3.) How did another website lorrainesfamily.wordpress.com. appear when this has nothing to do with this issue?

  Hi there,

  You created this thread while logged in as lorraine06, and that account owns the site, http://lorrainesfamily.wordpress.com/

  Your username nzbpw owns the site, nzbpw.wordpress.com, which also has the domain mapping for the domain, keyrealty.co.nz

  https://keyrealtycarole.wordpress.com/ belongs to a completely different username. I can transfer your domain mapping to that site, but then that third username will own the upgrade and only that username will be able to make any changes to that upgrade.

  Please confirm if you want me to do that by replying as the nzbpw account, though I’d appreciate it if you can also reply as the third account that owns the site.

  I confirm that I want http://www.keyrealty.co.nz to map to https://keyrealtycarole.wordpress.com/

  Can you please just also confirm as the account that owns https://keyrealtycarole.wordpress.com/ I need to be sure you have access to that account, as that account will be the new owner of the upgrade.

  I see you are an admin on that site, but not the owner. Do you want the domain to belong to the lorraine06 account, or to the account that owns the site?

  Either way it will be mapped to the correct site, but this will determine which account you need to use to renew the upgrade in future.
