  Hello,
  I am trying to renew the domain mapping. It expired two days ago and my website it not accessible. I have search all over my account and cannot see how to renew, only it says it’s expired. precisionfence.net

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  I have not been able to purchase the renewal yet. I cannot see any link to purchase the expired domain mapping renewal.

  precisionfence.net is the domain name

  I need to be sent a link to purchase the renewal.

  @precisionfence1 let’s stick with one thread. I’ll close this one. Please do not open more threads or reply on other folks threads with this issue. It makes it much harder to make sure you’re taken care of.
