  Hi! We accidentally canceled the kusanalimains.com domain without knowing we couldn’t re-use it elsewhere. Is it possible to get our domain back?

  Additionally, if possible, we would prefer to simply completely unregister the domain to be bought from other providers.

  That domain will be released in about a week, and then you’ll be able to register it again through the registrar of your choice.

  No, it is not possible as we don’t control that process. You will need to wait. Also, there’s no way to be notified when the domain is available again, so you’ll need to check every day so you can ensure you can repurchase the domain before someone else could.

  Or, we can send an invoice for you to repay for the registration and restore the domain once that invoice has been paid. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days. Just let us know if you’d like to do that instead.
