  Hi, We started setting up our website with yourselves using the domain name http://www.billingboroughgarage.co.uk but cancelled. I’m wanting to still use this domain but when I try to purchase it it’s saying unavailable. I’d like to transfer it over, is this something you would be able to help with please.

  Hi there!

  Canceling a domain does not make it immediately available to repurchase elsewhere. Also, there are restrictions for .co.uk domains, so your options are currently limited. Since you already got a refund for the domain, your only option is to repay for the domain.

  We can send an invoice and once it’s paid we can restore the domain. You’ll be able to point it to a new host as soon as it’s restored, then transfer the registration after 60 days.

  Let us know when you’re ready to process that payment and we’ll get that invoice sent over.
