Our domain name appears to have expired – it was handled by someone else previously and we thought everything had been transferred to me. He has received the autorenewal and not me but cannot forward it to me as it is attached to his account – please help as this website is very improtant

I don’t see any domains in your account. What is the domain in question, please?
Please note that until a domain is deleted at our registrar it can only be restored to the account that originally bought it, so the request to get the domain back will have to come from that account.
