  I do not want my domain name to have the word “Wordpress” in the title. Please help me remove it

  Hello there,

  You can choose the custom domain that comes with any WordPress.com plan.

  As soon as you upgrade to a paid plan, you have the option to select a domain (by the way, it’s free for one year) and then you can set your primary address as your newly registered domain.
  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/register-domain/#setting-the-primary-domain
  After that it will change from “yoursite.wordpress.com to yoursite.com”.
