  Hi, I made a site yesterday to try learn about word press. I then deleted this site to make the actual site but I realize the domain name I originally chose is no longer available. I thought maybe this was because although I have deleted the site, the domain has not been fully deleted. Is there any way I can find the same domain name? Or do I have to choose a new one?

  The authors have deleted this site.

  When you delete a site on WordPressdotcom, you delete not only the site content but the site address as well. It cannot be recycled or reused even by the person who deleted it. This is mentioned in the email you received to confirm the deletion. You’ll need to start with a fresh address.
