  Hi,

  I talked with a representative the other day and he helped me realize that there is a difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org. He told me that I could get refunded. However, when I tried to get refunded for the domain, it didn’t do so. Also, I didn’t realize that once I canceled the domain, it wouldn’t be available if I use another site. Is there any way you can help me get/transfer the domain I had purchased (www.realtyprescottaz.com)?

  Hi @msullins10, your domain was not eligible for a refund but I can see you cancelled it anyway, so you no longer own it. I’m working with the registrar now to try to get it back for you, and once I’ve heard back from them I’ll update you here.

  Once the domain is under your ownership again, you can update its settings to point to another host.
