  Hi,
  I created a domain under my existing account, but I intended to create under a new account as I wish to manage independently.

  I need assistant with deleting the newly created name yet being able to use the same name again. As I was promoted that this name will not be able to use again once deleted.

  Hi,
  Log out of WordPress.com and then create a new account: https://wordpress.com/start/

  Once you’ve done that, log out. Log into the original WordPress.com account and then follow these steps to transfer your domain to the new account:
