  You can purchase a new domain name by navigating to Upgrades > Domains > then selecting the “Add a domain” button. You can learn more about purchasing a new domain name here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/register-domain/#register-a-new-domain
  
  Also, please note that to be able to add this domain as your primary site address, your site must also be upgraded to a paid plan subscription from Upgrades > Plans.
