  Back in March I transferred my domain name http://www.lindsaybanks.uk to my wordpress site. When I put the website into my search bar, the website comes up but then when I click on my site in the top left corner it reverts me back to http://www.lindsaybanksuk.wordpress.com. I paid for an upgrade back in April but this isn’t shown on the wordpress site and it only shows a homepage instead of my blog and additional pages I created. When I go to add http://www.lindsaybanks.uk it says this domain is already pointing to a wordpress site. Am confused!

  Hi there!

  The domain lindsaybanks.uk is tied to a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re logged into and is tied to lindsaybanksdotuk.wordpress.com.

  You see lindsaybanksuk.wordpress.com when you click “my site” because that’s the site tied to the account you’re currently logged into.

  You would need to log out of lindsaybanks111abd6040c22 and log into the correct user account with the domain and upgrade.
