  Hi, i would like to start a new blog under zeitzuleben.wordpress.com. There is no content under this domain, but it`s not free, either. What can I do?

  Hi there,

  We cannot recycle existing sites under any circumstances, regardless whether the current owner is using them or not.

  If the owner has comments enabled you can try contacting them and asking them to transfer the site to you, but that is the only way you could get ownership of that address – if the current owner transfers it to you.
