  I haven’t used the site in a long time and I forgot the information about it.

  You just took a payment from me, and I am not sure I wanted to continue. But I could not cancel the pending payment.

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase. What is the upgrade that you purchased?
