We can only cancel a renewal and an upgrade if the username who owns the upgrade requests it, so you will need to log in as the correct account.
Did you receive a receipt for the payment at one of your email addresses? You can use that email address to reset your password for the account, or you can use the transaction ID in that receipt on the account recovery form so we can verify your ownership.
If you didn’t receive a receipt, you can also get that transaction ID directly from PayPal, as your payment was processed through them. You’ll need to contact them with details on the card, date and amount of the payment, and then they can give you the transaction ID that you need for account recovery.
