  Dear team,

  I am confused here. I just discovered that my domain name expired when my payment are automated which left me confused. How do I get it back please?

  Hi there, it looks like our system attempted the automatic renewal several times, and was unable to due to your domain not having a payment method associated with it.

  Per your account records, it looks like our system sent around 5 emails regarding this during the month prior to the domain expiry date on 25 November 2022, and another email to notify you regarding the domain expiry just after it expired; could the emails have gone to your spam folder?
