  hi, i have a site here on wordpress with the domain name ‘elvishammer.com’ and it just renewed itself for 561 DKK. i dont use the site anymore so i would really like to get my money back… is that possible?

  i cant find my transaction ID or activation URL or key and i dont have two factor authentication codes for elvishammer.com

  Yes, the renewal is still within the refund period (which is 96 hours for domains, and 14 days for the annual WordPress.com plan). However, in order to cancel the subscription, we must verify your account ownership. This is for security reasons.

  The easiest way to verify your account ownership might be to locate the transaction ID. I know you said you couldn’t find it, but could you check your bank/credit card statement again? We have instructions here that might help you locate the transaction ID on your card statement.

  Please check again, and if you find the transaction ID, please send it to us using this account recovery form. Do not post the transaction ID here.
