Domain name

  I would like to change my website’s domain name from atelierfunambule.wordpress.com to atelierfunambule.com which I already own at OVH. I think I have to do a mapping, right ? If so, it should cost me 13€ per year, but when I try to pay the system is always asking for 99€. What’s that ?

  Hi there,

  You need a plan to connect a domain to your site. The €13 price is to add additional domains after you already have one domain and a plan.

  We have a Personal Plan that’s cheaper than Premium. You can add that plan via My Site ->Plans, and then you can add the domain afterwards.

  Thank’s for your reply.
  So I have to pay at least 2.99€ per month for a personnal plan, and then 13€ per year for the mapping, right ?

  No. You only need the Personal Plan, and then mapping is included in that for free. You only need an additional €13 a year if you want to connect a second domain as well.

  Also note that currently all our plans are billed yearly, so it will be €35.88 for the Personal Plan, including one domain or domain mapping, and it will renew again a year from now.
