  I have a domain name but can’t log in to wordpress with it unless I add the name wordpress.com to my domain name.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you mean you want your site, http://artbycaroljenkins.wordpress.com/, to appear at the domain you already own?

  To do that you’ll need to add a paid plan to your site at My Site ->Plans, which will then allow you to add the domain mapping upgrade to connect your domain:
