  Hello, I just created a blog however my preferred domain is an example page for wordpress. Is there by any chance a way I get the example page to be mine??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  What is the address you want to use? If a domain is already registered by another username, or even only matches a username in our system, there is no way to use that address.

  The address is dailycupoftee.wordpress.com, I do not think it is registered to anyone as it is an example page, please do check the page and let me know, Thank you

  Thanks for the address.

  That is not an example page, but instead is just an empty page. However, we never reassign addresses once they have been registered, regardless of whether the current owner is using it or not:

  Recycling Blog Addresses (URLs)

  Only the owner of that site can transfer the address to someone else, and as there is no contact form on that site which you can use to reach out to them, there is no way for you to use that address. You’ll need to look for a different address instead if you don”t want to keep the one you already have.
