I wanted to upgrade to the $99 package but when I submitted my information it gave me an error message and said I couldn’t be cause bedotdotdot already existed. Its true because I created it. What am I doing wrong?

Hi there,
Did you try to add the plan via the Pricing page? The link on that page lets you create a new site, so if you want to add Premium for an existing site instead, please go to My Site ->Plans and add it from there.
Let me know if you need any more help with this.

Thank you – unfortunately that is what I did originally. I did it again just to be doubly sure but I got the same error message. Any other advice?
Happy 2017!

Okay, the problem is that the domain you’re trying to add, bedotdotdot.com, is already registered with Fastdomain.com. Did you register it with them/Bluehost? If so, then you’ll need to connect it here using the Domain Mapping upgrade after you’ve added your plan.
Use a Domain You Already Own (Domain Mapping)
I’ve removed the domain from your cart, so you should now be able to pay for the plan on this page:
https://wordpress.com/checkout/bedotdotdot.wordpress.com
Then you can add the domain mapping at My Site ->Domains afterwards.

Excellent :)
There is one step left to complete before your domain will work – you need to set our name servers on the domain to point it to us. That is done on your domain provider’s end.
You can find instructions for the most popular providers here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-common-domain-providers
The name servers should be set to:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
Once you do that your domain should be working in a few hours.
