domain name

  I want to remove ‘com’ from the end of my domain name…it is kellisquiltsnpillowscom.wordpress.com right now….i can’t seem to change it to kellisquiltsnpillows.wordpress.com removing the ‘com’??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you would like to change your WordPress.com site’s URL, there are options and instructions for doing so here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Please bear in mind that once changed, that site’s original WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use by you or any other user. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might consider starting a new site with your preferred name rather than changing the name of your existing site.

  Ah,, I just noticed something. https://kellisquiltsnpillows.wordpress.com/ appears to have already been created by another WordPress.com user. That is probably why the system will not let you change your site to that URL.
