  I had a website with the domain lemm770.wordpress.com and I deleted it. I thought I could start a new site and grab the name now not in use.
  In practice it will not let me use Lemm770.wordpress.com. I can never use this domain? Why is that?

  Hello –

  Site deletion is a permanent option. This is why we have several warning throughout the process.

  We are not able to restore deleted .wordpress.com sites.
