  I purchased my own domain name and added it to the web page I created, but it is not connected. How do I connect the domain name I purchased to the web page I am creating?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy mleake1984!

  Depending on where you purchased the domain name, you’ll need to map it to point to WordPress.com

  To better assist you, where did you purchase your domain from? I can provide instructions specific to your situation.

  If anything, there’s a map a subdomain section in the support pages. This should be able to guide you in completing this as well.

  Not sure if i got your question,but is your host wordpress?,if yes then all you need to do is to map the subdomain…
  If you’re using 3rd party host then you have to update the nameservers of the domain
