    Hi.

    I own the domain name korneliusgroup.com and want to transfer it to the new website I am building.

    However, I am not sure how my employees set it up.

    We have an inactive website at Webflow, but for now the domain name leads to a landing page on Weebly.

    What is the best way to sort this out and ensure we can make this happen?

    Hi there,

    Based on what I see on our end, the domain transfer for korneliusgroup.com is ready to proceed, and we are just waiting for the registry (the company that the domain is registered with currently) to release the domain. From there the transfer is automated and takes a few hours, sometimes up to 24 hours.

    Currently I show the registrar of korneliusgroup.com as Google Domains: https://who.is/whois/korneliusgroup.com/

    I noticed in checking the public WHOIS info that the domain is in #pendingTransfer status, so possibly you have initiated the transfer on that end as well? If so then you may need to wait a bit for the transfer to wrap up. Nothing on our end indicates that there is an issue preventing transfer.

    Once the transfer is complete you will be able to set korneliusgroup.com as the primary site address of your site, and it will appear at that URL instead of the WordPress.com URL it is using currently.
