  Hi, I changed my domain name from modernwagon.wordpress.com to modernwagonblog.wordpress.com. I would like to change my domain name back to modernwagon.wordpress.com. When try to change it back, your website says that it’s taken. How can I change my domain to http://www.modernwagon.wordpress.com?

  Hey there. As it turns out, changing a blog’s URL, makes the previous URL permanently unavailable. You’ll see more about that on this article. I hope that helps you out!

  That’s not possible. Too bad you ignored the warnings and deleted the URL. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated at http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/.
