  I’m trying to renew my domain name but for some reason it won’t be paid through the new card on the system. I updated the details as the old ones are out of date but the new card details are not being used. I do not want to lose my domain name. Please can you rectify this. Thank you.

  There are no purchases on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to. Which domain are you trying to renew?
