  Is there a way of obtaining a domain that has been suspended due to violation of terms & services? There is a different domain that I’d like to claim since no one seems to be using it but I can’t seem to register it when I try.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, It is not possible to do what you are asking.

  Suspended site names are not released to anyone but the current site owner if and when their suspension is removed by the Terms of Service team. There is no time limit for this.

  If that site address is deleted in the future, then it may become available 2 years or more after deletion as long as there is no technical issue involved. The only way to know if the site address is available is by trying to register it.
