  Can the domain name be changed after creating the website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @connectingtosource,
  Yes it can be changed. But once you change you site/blog address on WordPress.COM you cannot use the old address again. It is reserved and not allowed for anyone to use(not even the owner). This is done to keep your blog from being impersonated by someone else.
