    I did not mean to cancel my domain name, when will the domain name be released?

    Hi there!

    It can take about a week before the domain is available for registration elsewhere. Note that when it is released, anyone can register it. No guarantees that you will be the first one to register it again.

    If you want, we can still restore the domain for you. Do you want to use it with an external host and so restore just the domain? If yes, we can send you a payment link via email to pay for the domain.

    If you’d like to use the domain with a WordPress.com site, I recommend upgrading to a yearly WordPress.com plan so that you can register the domain at no extra cost for the first year. We’ll use the free domain credits to restore the domain for you.
