  http://jackburnscom.wordpress.com/ is deleted. So, i am sorry to inform your this, but once a site is deleted it’s address is reserved so that it cannot be registered by anyone(not even by the original owner). This is done to keep your blog from being impersonated by someone else.

  That’s the reason why there are multiple warnings given so that you can think twice before proceeding with the action.
