  Hello,

  I purchased my domain name jazminsteele.com through Go Daddy and connected it to my WordPress blog (see below). For some reason, the domain is no longer connected and Go Daddy suggested that I contact your office. Can you help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Your site is down because the domain jazminsteele.com expired on March 17, 2017. To get it back online you should contact your domain provider. When the domain is up and running you can then update the name servers.

  Thanks for responding. I spoke with Go Daddyband they notified me that the domain is with WordPress, not them. I’m confused.

  Looks like your domain is registered through WordPress.com. The thing is -as I already told you- that the domain expired on March 17, 2017, and now it’s on redemption. This means that the domain can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost.

  I have notified the Support Staff and they’ll contact you with more details on the recovery of your domain.

  @reesestone1 as far as I can tell, you cancelled the domain and it has since gone into redemption. I’ll email with details.
