    my domain is in redemption, how do i renew? don’t see a renew now button per instructions

    Hi @smcmci,

    I understand how frustrating this can be! If your domain is in redemption, you may still be able to recover it, but a redemption fee will apply.

    Were you able to follow the steps mentioned here.

    If the “Renew Now” button isn’t showing, check your Purchases page to see if the option is available. If it is, clicking it will add the redemption fee to your cart automatically.

    If you don’t see the option to renew, your domain may have been fully removed from your account after entering the redemption period. In that case, I recommend contact support as soon as possible—they can provide a payment link to help recover your domain.
