  Hi there please can I have a refund for my domain name- I paid £30 in total and have had my £8 refunded but I don’t want the website anymore so I am asking for a full refund please. Otherwise can I request this through a case in PayPal?

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days process and show up on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

  Refunds can take upto 14 days to process and show up on your account.

  Hi treatmentsandtruffle,

  There is no need to open a case with PayPal as I’ve just refunded the remaining £22 to you — the plan has now been refunded in full.

  You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to reach your account, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
