  I believe I purchased BrianOgstad.com through you guys. I do not see it on my account? I think the name is in need of renewal. Please tell me where to login to access this to take care of the renewal. Thank you.

  Hello @brianogstad,

  According to a whois lookup, your domain name expired on March 25 and is currently in redemption. This status requires an $80 redemption fee to be paid in order to renew the domain.

  I don’t personally have experience with reversing redemption status, but check under your profile > Manage Purchases and see if you can do it from there. If you can’t, you can tag this post with “modlook” to get staff assistance with renewing your domain.
