  Hello,
  I recently changed the domain name for this wordpress site, however, it cannot be found on google. Would you happen to know what happened in the mist of changing the url ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unfortunately there is not much you can do now other than build the SEO of your new URL. Google sees that new URL as a completely different website than the old one.

  In the future, if you have a site high in search rankings, be careful not to change the URL without keeping the domain name and putting some kind of forwarding in place.

  I recently changed the domain name for this wordpress site, however, it cannot be found on google.

  When you changed your blog address, you discarded the address you were previously using. It can take search engines 4-6 weeks to reflect any changes to your site. As you only made the change a few ago, it’s likely that search engines haven’t indexed this change yet.

  One thing you can try is submitting your site URL to Google:

  https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url

  I can’t guarantee it will speed the process up but it may help.
