  If it is c3connect.org, then I must inform you that it is registered via GoDaddy. We cannot help with domains registered outside WordPress.COM.

  So to activate it, please login to your GoDaddy account and follow these official GoDaddy support docs:

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of c3-connect.org?

  You bought, and then cancelled that domain on 1 June. You’ve already been refunded for that domain, so before I can restore it you’ll first need to buy a new plan at My Site ->Plans.

  Please note that we can only restore the domain for a few days before it will be released any anyone will be able to register it again.

  Please try not to post multiple replies in quick succession like this. It’s also best not to guess at a domain if the user didn’t provide one.
