  Hi. I recently successfully opened a blog, http://spiritualtideblog.wordpress.com whose title is SPIRITUAL TIDE, I have realized there is another site with the same title- Spiritual Tide and the its URL is https://spiritualtide.wordpress.com
  Can I change the primary site address without upgrading?
  Secondly, have I infringed on the rights of the owner of that site?
