Domain Name

Hi WordPress!
I would really like to use the domain name ‘redefinebeauty’ but it seems it is already taken. However, when I looked it up, it seems that the page has not been active since 2010 so I was wondering if you would be able to ask the user to either delete or change their domain name so I could use it? Also, I would like to purchase the domain as my own if this is able to happen.
I’d appreciate anything you can do and or tell me!Thank you,

Hi, blossomwithoutborders
Just to clarify are you referring to the domain redefinebeauty.com or redefinebeauty.wordpress.com?
In the case of redefinebeauty.com you can find out the information for the owner here: https://www.whois.com/whois/redefinebeauty.com
If you are looking for a WordPress domain that is already registered that address may not be available. You can find more information here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
Hope this helps

@blossomwithoutborders If you are referring to redefinebeauty.wordpress.com, it is already taken. A WordPressdotcom site does not expire regardless of when the last post was made.
You might be able to contact the site owner through an open comment or contact form and ask if they are willing to transfer the site to you. If they answer positively, they can follow these instructions to do so: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
If the site owner doesn’t answer you, that is the end of the story. There is nothing further that WordPressdotcom will do to assist you to obtain that site address. You’ll have to choose another one.

Thank you everyone for your help! I really appreciate the resources that you have provided to me.
I will contact the current user. Also, I would like redefinebeauty.com, without the WordPress.
