  sir I want to make a website by using Domain name Blackart but someone make a unless website by using Blackart name that person make website just for fun and then leave that account and that person dont deactivate their account by which i am facing problem because of that useless ‘Blackart.wordpress.com’. I requesting you to please deactivate that account or remove that blackart name.

  I’m pretty sure WordPress.com won’t deactivate https://blackart.wordpress.com/ because that address belongs to someone else even though it is not being used at present. There is no time limit imposed on WordPress.com site addresses or even any rules saying how much content a site should contain or how often it is updated. As well as my regular site I have a currently empty site previously used for testing purposes that I may or may not use again but I would be highly annoyed if it were taken away from me just because someone took a liking to the address.
  You’ll have to try variations of the word if you want a free site. Blackart.com is also taken but there could still be other extensions available if you wish to upgrade to a custom domain.

  But Blackart.wordpress.com not using from 2006… It would be upto 14 years and can you tell that by whom that blog was created.?

  I see you’ve left some comments on that old site. Who knows, if they are still using the same email address for the last twelve years then the owner of the site may see them. I’ll just point out that if that site is deleted NOBODY will be able to use it again. If by some chance the owner of the site contacts you then the way forward would be to transfer that site to your account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  Hi there,

  Just to confirm what @themagicrobot said, we will not transfer that site to you under any circumstances. It doesn’t matter that the current owner is not using the site. They still own it and only they can transfer it.
