Hi,
I want to renew my old domain name but I can’t seem to find that as an option. The e-mail WordPress sent me to renew the domain contains this link:
Which never loads, I assume the link has expired? How can I renew my domain? When I search for it from the domains page it says it has recently expired and to contact support, when I click that link it takes me to this page to submit a question to the forums.

You can renew your plan or domain name in the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings.

Hi Rachel,
preciouslittleillo.com expired on 5th May 2018 and is currently in the redemption period, which is why there no option to renew it through your account. We can still try to recover the domain but an $80 redemption fee will need to paid as well as the domain cost.
I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your Account Settings page. You can pay there and I will contact domain registrar once the payment comes through, to get the recovery process underway.
If you don’t want to pay the fee you can wait until the domain is released. Please be aware this process can take 80 days or more and there is no guarantee you will be the first to register preciouslittleillo.com again.
