  Hi, am I able to transfer my wordpress website over to my already owned domain name? If so what are the costs involved?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there, if I understand correctly, you wish to map your already owned domain name with the WordPress.com site (http://testmarsdenchambers.wordpress.com/)?

  If yes, you may do so by using the Domain Mapping method in WordPress.com.

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  If your current plan is a free plan, then there’ll be a yearly fee of $13 for domain mapping.
