I tried to change the name of a blog I’ve just set up and changed the site address to match the new name – I haven’t yet activated the blog – but now when I try to get onto the dashboard, the webpage either says that it is forbidden or comes up with a website called Domain King. How can I get back onto the blog and change the name back to what it was if that is what the problem was?

It seems like your website, http://politikasocialis.com/, is a self-hosted WordPress site and not a WordPress.com website. (Here is the difference between the two https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/)
