  hello i pay 25 dollars a year for a domain name. If a buy a plan from you and I transfer the domain to you, is there extra yearly cost for the domain?

  My second question. I have web hosting service which will end soon and they also seem to have my domain. However this company bought it from somewhere else. Who will give me the authorization code?

  Transferring an existing domain to WordPress.com will automatically renew it for another year. After that, the domain and plan will renew as one cost through WordPress.com:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  Who will give me the authorization code?

  You will need to contact the company you registered the domain through for a transfer code — even if they use a third party for purchasing their domains.
