  Hi there, I seemed to be facing issues pointing my domain name to site ground servers. The website is down and I am unable to open it. Kindly assist ASAP.

  Hi there,

  Of what domain are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here does not own any custom domain names on WordPress.com. The free address, rohinijames.wordpress.com, cannot be pointed to another hosting provider.

  If you’re speaking of rjheartnsoul.com, that domain expired on 1 September and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.

  It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.
