Hi mypublicjournalblog,
Cancelling a domain means giving up ownership so it’s only something we recommend doing if the domain won’t be needed in the future.
If we act quickly, I can try to restore rendez-vue.com back to your site. The domain has already been refunded so I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your Account Settings page.
Once restored, the domain will be transfer locked for 60 days (this is standard practice) but it can be pointed to another host in the meantime. If we don’t catch the domain in time, I’ll refund the payment request amount.
Alternatively, you can wait until the domain is released. Domains cancelled shortly after registration are released in 5 days — which means rendez-vue.com should be released in the next day or two. If you would rather wait until then, please let me know and I’ll cancel the payment request.
Thanks!

Hi again mypublicjournalblog,
I’m afraid the domain was cancelled while we were waiting for your payment to come through and it has now been cancelled and released. I’ve refunded the amount you paid and there is a refund receipt in your Billing History:

rendez-vue.com can be re-registered through a domain provider of your choice — I recommend doing this as soon as you can if you wish to use the domain.
