  I used to have a website through wordpress but I have let it lapse. Can you tell me who holds my domain and if it is active? My website is http://www.oliviamariedesigns.com

  Hi @oliviamariedesigns, that domain seems to have been registered through Tucows / Yahoo Small Business. I’d recommend reaching out to them.

  Hi, I just spoke with yahoo although my domain is registered with them, it is still pointed to wordpress and they can not manage the domain forward because wordpress is still listed as the name servers. Please see below:

  https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=oliviamariedesigns.com

  Can you please point my name servers to yahoo. Here is the information:

  Primary Name Server: yns1.yahoo.com
  Secondary Name Server: yns2.yahoo.com

  This will allow me to forward my domain.

  Hi there,

  We cannot change your name servers as your domain is not registered with us. This can only be done at the registrar where the domain is registered – you need to access your domain’s control panel at Yahoo to make this change.

  If someone at Yahoo told you this needs to be done with us, you’re speaking to someone who has no idea how domains work.

  All we can change from this end are the DNS records themselves, not the name servers.
