  I cancelled my plan with my old domain name, and now I can’t access it. Please let me know if there is a way to get it back! Thank you!

  Hi there,

  Canceling a domain means that you are giving up the right to use that domain. Canceling a domain can cause your site to stop working and the domain can be lost permanently.

  After cancellation, there is no guarantee the domain will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back.

  What is your old domain name? When did you cancel the plan with the domain name?

  By knowing domain name lets check if staff can help you with it so please share the details.

  Hi there,

  You don’t mention the domain you need help with, but I assume you’re speaking of kylietoney.com?

  If you want to use that domain somewhere else, you’ll need to wait a few days. That domain should become available again by early next week, at which point you will be able to register it somewhere else. We cannot manually release the domain immediately.

  If you still want to use the domain with your site here on WordPress.com, please buy a new plan for your site, and then we can restore the domain to your site.
